1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArriveReady (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArriveReady is a digital travel risk protection platform that provides travel preparation guides, crisis playbooks, risk scanning tools, and related content for international travelers. The Service is available as both free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free and Paid Features

4.1 Free Content

Basic travel guides, partial crisis playbooks, and introductory risk information are available without creating an account or paying.

4.2 Pro Subscriptions

Full access to all features — including complete crisis playbooks, risk scanner action plans, setup kits, and danger zone details — requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans are:

  • 24-Hour Crisis Pass: Emergency access for 24 hours
  • 7-Day Trip Pass: Full access for 7 days
  • 14-Day Trip Pass: Full access for 14 days
  • 30-Day Explorer: Full access for 30 days
  • Annual Global Traveler: Full access for 365 days

5. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
  • Subscriptions grant access for a fixed period from the date of purchase.
  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase, not on a recurring basis (except for auto-renewing annual plans, if applicable).

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid content, please contact us at app.arriveready@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, redistribute, or resell Pro content
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated extraction of content
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ArriveReady — including text, graphics, data, guides, and crisis playbooks — is owned by ArriveReady or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

ArriveReady is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional advice. Travel conditions, regulations, and risks change frequently. Always verify critical information with official sources (government travel advisories, embassies, local authorities) before and during travel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArriveReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Actions taken based on information provided by the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArriveReady, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused portion of a paid subscription may be refunded at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
